Milnot Basic Salad Dressing

Yield: approximately 3/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Milnot
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients together; allow to stand until thickened.
2. Chill well before using.

Notes

Blue Cheese Dressing: Omit salt and add 1 1/2 ounces blue cheese.

Creamy Cheese Dressing: Add 3 ounces cream style cheese

Thousand Island Dressing: Add 1/4 cup chili sauce
