Oriental-Style Salad Dressing
This will keep refrigerated for several weeks, so make a quadruple batch and
store it for future use.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sherry (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Freshly-ground pepper, to
- Whisk together all ingredients.
Makes about 1/2 cup to serve 4 to 6.
