Raspberry Sherbet Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 6 ounces raspberry sherbet
- 2 ounces oil
- 2 ounces raspberry vinegar
Instructions
- Melt sherbet over low heat. Let cool.
- Combine with oil and vinegar. Whisk lightly and season with salt and white pepper.
- Add sugar if desired.
- Serve over fresh fruit and vegetables.
