Raspberry Sherbet Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces raspberry sherbet
  • 2 ounces oil
  • 2 ounces raspberry vinegar

Instructions

  1. Melt sherbet over low heat. Let cool.
  2. Combine with oil and vinegar. Whisk lightly and season with salt and white pepper.
  3. Add sugar if desired.
  4. Serve over fresh fruit and vegetables.
