"Real" French Dressing

Increase these proportions to get the amount of dressing you need.

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
• 1/8 tablespoon salt
• Dash of pepper
• 1 tablespoon wine, rice or plain vinegar

Instructions

1. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.
2. Mix well with a wire whisk and serve immediately.
