Rectory Chutney Dressing

This creamy three-ingredient dressing is delicious over lettuce, but for a change of pace, try it over steamed vegetables, such as carrots, cauliflower, or summer squash.


  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream


  1. Using kitchen scissors, cut up any large pieces in chutney.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together chutney, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Start to finish: 5 minutes. | Makes 1 3/4 cups
