Roquefort Dressing 2
1/4 pound Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup wine vinegar
Minced onion or onion salt
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add sherry to get the consistency you want (about 1/4 cup is usually satisfactory).
Add minced onion or onion salt, and salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to set several hours before using to let it mellow.
