Salad and Salad Dressing Recipes
Roquefort Dressing
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups; serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve on salads or as a dip for raw vegetables.
