Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve on salads or as a dip for raw vegetables.
