This is a wonderful way to use up leftover salsa.
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup extra-virgin
- 1/4 cup fresh salsa
- Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil and whisk together thoroughly.
- Add salsa
and whisk until blended.
