Salsa Dressing

This is a wonderful way to use up leftover salsa.


  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh salsa


  1. Combine mustard, vinegar and olive oil and whisk together thoroughly.
  2. Add salsa and whisk until blended.
