Onion Crunch Burgers
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions
- 3/4 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- With fork, gently mix beef, 1/2 cup of the French-fried onions, salt and
- Shape into 6 burgers.
- Grill or broil 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
- Serve on rolls and top with remaining French-fried onions.
