Pineapple Bagel Sandwich
2 eggs or whole wheat bagels, cut in half
4 tablespoons lite or regular cream cheese
2 (1 ounce) slices Canadian bacon or ham
4 slices red onion
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained
Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on bottom half of bagel.
Top with Canadian bacon slice and 2 slices each red onion and pineapple.
Place remaining bagel half on top. Repeat with remaining bagel.
Serve with orange wedges and strawberries, if desired.
