Texas BBQ Burnt End Sandwiches

These sandwiches are made from the burnt ends from Smoked Brisket!

Texas BBQ Burnt End Sandwiches

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 1 pound Leftover Brisket Burnt Ends
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 4 buns, toasted

Optional Toppings

  • Pickled red onions
  • Grilled jalapeños
  • Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Slice leftover Brisket Burnt Ends into 1 inch cubes and place in a casserole dish or disposable cooking pan. Toss in honey BBQ sauce and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Add warm Burnt Ends and desired toppings to toasted buns.
