Hotdogs Azteca

Yield: 5 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package Azteca Flour tortillas
  • 1 pound hot dogs
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 8 ounces American cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Bring tortillas to room temperature.
  2. Heat oven to 475 degrees F.
  3. Spread 1 heaping teaspoon of chili on each tortilla.
  4. Place slice of cheese on top of chili.
  5. Set hot dog in center of cheese.
  6. Roll up sides of tortilla and fasten with wooden picks.
  7. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp.

Notes

For appetizers, slice into quarters.
