Black Bean Salsa
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 cans plain diced tomatoes
- Chopped jalapenos, to taste
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 chopped red or green bell pepper
- 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
- Mix all together.
- Refrigerate overnight, then drain.
