Black Bean Salsa


  • 1 can black eyed peas, drained
  • 1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 2 cans plain diced tomatoes
  • Chopped jalapenos, to taste
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing


  1. Mix all together.
  2. Refrigerate overnight, then drain.
