- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

- Combine cranberries, wine, water and syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer
