Madeira Sauce


  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1/4 cup Madeira wine


  1. Melt butter; stir in flour and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add beef stock, Kitchen Bouquet and Madeira wine.
  3. Cook until thickened.
