Sauce and Salsa Recipes
Madeira Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup beef stock
- 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
- 1/4 cup Madeira wine
Instructions
- Melt butter; stir in flour and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add beef stock, Kitchen Bouquet and Madeira wine.
- Cook until thickened.
