Pineapple Salsa 3
- 2 cups diced pineapple (fresh or canned), drained
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper, seeded
- Stir all ingredients together.
