Coffee Creamers

These homemade flavored creamers are free of all the artificial ingredients that come in a store-bought creamer. The ingredients are a 1:1 ratio of sweetened condensed milk and milk or cream. You can easily make a smaller quantity by using this ratio; i.e. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup milk or cream.

Ingredients

Creamer Base

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3/4 cups milk or cream

Flavors

Almond Joy
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon coconut extract

Caramel Macchiato
4 tablespoons caramel sauce

Chocolate Mint
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 tablespoon or more cocoa powder
2 tablespoon sugar

Chocolate Raspberry
2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Cinnamon Coffee Cake
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Coconut
1 teaspoon coconut extract

Dark Chocolate
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Eggnog
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon rum flavor extract

French Vanilla
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Gingerbread
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice

Hazelnut
2 teaspoons hazelnut extract

Holiday Spice
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Milk Chocolate
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Nutella
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons hazelnut extract

Peppermint Mocha
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Pumpkin Spice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Snickerdoodle
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, including flavor additions, into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake very well to mix thoroughly.
  2. Store in the refrigerator.
  3. Add to coffee, tea, or hot milk.
