2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice, divided
2 cups vegetable oil, divided
Combine eggs, mustard, salt, sugar and 3 tablespoons of the vinegar or lemon juice in a blender. Blend well. Slowly add 1 cup of oil and blend well. Add remaining vinegar or lemon juice. Add remaining oil and blend at a high speed.
To make salad dressings, you may add ranch flavoring.
