New York Egg Cream



  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 6 ounces seltzer
  • 2 ounces light cream


  1. Mix chocolate syrup and light cream in a 12-ounce glass.
  2. Slowly fill the glass with 6 ounces of seltzer. The mixture will bubble up and produce a frothy layer of foam on top.
