Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender, adding 1 tablespoon of milk until right consistency.
  2. Store in a 20 ounce airtight container in the refrigerator.
