Beets in Spicy Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound beets, cooked
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel beets. Dice small.
- Combine cream, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper in bowl. Add beets; mix well.
- Chill until serving time.
