Cinnamon Carrots



  • 18 small carrots
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup boiling water


  1. Scrape and pare carrots. Place in casserole dish.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Add water and blend well.
  4. Pour over carrots.
  5. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
