- 18 small carrots
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- Scrape and pare carrots. Place in casserole dish.
- Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Add water and blend well.
- Pour over carrots.
- Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
