Creamy Swiss Corn
Ingredients
- 2 cans corn
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 egg white
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Mix crumbs and melted butter then sprinkle with paprika.
- Mix corn mixture with flour mixture, and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
