Dill Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 (22 ounce) bag frozen mashed potatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream


  1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe container, combine all ingredients except sour cream.
  2. Cook according to package directions. For thicker potatoes, cook longer.
  3. Stir in sour cream.

Serves 8.
