Fluffy Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup fine cracker crumbs
  • Green bell pepper, diced, if desired
  • 2 beaten egg whites

Instructions

  1. Combine everything except the egg whites.
  2. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and fold into the combined mixture.
  3. Pour into shallow, buttered baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
