Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, mustard, paprika, and pepper in large storage bag. Set aside.
  2. Place buttermilk in small bowl. Dip mushrooms into buttermilk. Place mushrooms the bag with the flour mixture. Shake to coat.
  3. Fry mushrooms until golden.
