Jiffy Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Melt butter, add Jiffy corn muffin mix, egg, sour cream, sugar and the corn. Drain the can of niblets corn. Mix well until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the top and return to oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and just beginning to brown.
