Onion Rings
Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon A-1 sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Flour
- Soda cracker crumbs
- Onions, sliced in rings
Instructions
- Beat egg with milk, A-1 sauce, salt and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring into batter,
then into flour; back into batter, then into cracker crumbs.
- Put into a bowl with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Deep fry the next day.
