Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Lemon wedges


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Break off tough ends of asparagus and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes and then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another minute until cheese melts.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
