Sherried Mushrooms


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts


  1. Cook the mushrooms in the butter until tender.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and parsley serve.
