Smoked Mushrooms
Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut mushroom stems off and wash.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic powder lightly over mushrooms.
- Smoke at 225 degrees F for 45 minutes.
- Cool; serve immediately.
