Smoked Mushrooms


  • 4 cups mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder


  1. Cut mushroom stems off and wash.
  2. Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic powder lightly over mushrooms.
  3. Smoke at 225 degrees F for 45 minutes.
  4. Cool; serve immediately.

Yields 4 cups.
