Spiced Cheese Potatoes



  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese


  1. Scrub potatoes, then slice lengthwise into 4 wedges. Leave skins on.
  2. Crush garlic cloves with salt, then combine with the oil, cayenne and parmesan cheese.
  3. Toss potato wedges in the oil mixture until evenly coated. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 - 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
