Worcestershire Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into julienne strips. Boil in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread with potatoes.
- Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika. Heat thoroughly.
- Brush potatoes with sauce.
- Bake at 375 degrees F until brown and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.
