Avocado Rice Crackers

These avocado and Greek yogurt-topped crackers are the easiest way to fuel yourself when you hit the mid-day slump. With simple assembly that’s ready in minutes, this is a snack that satisfies more than your taste buds.

Avocado Rice Crackers


  • 4 rice crackers
  • 4 tablespoons 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. On each rice cracker, spread 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
  2. Coarsely chop one quarter of the avocado over the yogurt.
  3. With a fork, mash avocado and spread evenly over yogurt.
  4. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of the bagel seasoning and salt to taste.
