Caramel Puff Corn

Ingredients

Corn Curls

  • 1 (8 ounce) bag Puff Corn Curls

Caramel Sauce

  • 1/2 pound butter (do not use margarine)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Put Puff Corn Curls into a large roaster pan.
  2. Put butter, brown sugar and corn syrup into a 2 quart saucepan. Cook together for 2 minutes, then add baking soda. The mixture will foam. Pour over Puff Corn Curls in roaster pan. Stir to mix well.
  3. Place in a 250 degrees F oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven. Pour onto wax paper, and break apart.
