Crispy Pasta Bites

Ingredients

  • Pasta, in desired shapes
  • Boiling salted water
  • Oil, for deep frying
  • Garlic or seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water (salted) until tender. Drain and pat dry on toweling.
  2. Heat oil in a deep sauté pan or heavy skillet to 375 degrees F.
  3. Add cooked pasta, a few at a time; cook until brown and crisp.
  4. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with garlic or seasoned salt.
  5. Cool and store in an airtight container.
