Pistachio Munchies Mix
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup shelled, roasted/salted California pistachios
- 2 quarts popped popcorn
- Place butter and onion soup mix in covered, microwave-safe, 4-cup
- Cook in microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir in
- Place popcorn in large bowl. Toss lightly with butter-pistachio
- Serve warm.
Yield: 2 quarts popcorn or 8 servings
