Praline Crunch

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/2 cups cornflakes

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  2. Add pecans and cornflakes and toss to coat.
  3. Spread on wax paper to cool.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
