Crabmeat Bisque



  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • 2 pounds claw crab meat


  1. Melt butter and sauté onions in it.
  2. Add tomato soup, mushroom soup and milk. Heat until well mixed.
  3. Add crab meat and serve.

This freezes well.
