Easy Fish Bisque
Ingredients
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can tomato bisque soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cooked white boneless fish, shrimp or lobster
Instructions
- Combine soup and dill in saucepan.
- Gradually add milk, sherry and fish. Simmer and stir until hot.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
