Easy Fish Bisque



  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can tomato bisque soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked white boneless fish, shrimp or lobster


  1. Combine soup and dill in saucepan.
  2. Gradually add milk, sherry and fish. Simmer and stir until hot.
  3. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
