- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups grated
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a saucepan brown the beef and onions; drain.
- In a large saucepan stir milk and cheese over medium heat until boiling.
Turn to simmer and add beef mixture, hash browns and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
