Tuna Chowder

This is excellent and easy!

Yield: 6 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 can Mexi-corn, undrained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, well drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 ounces processed American cheese, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • Few grains of pepper
  • 6 drops hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until cheese melts. DO NOT BOIL.
  2. Serve hot.
