These dumplings can be used for a variety of dishes. I love these in my homemade chicken soup.


  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk


  1. Combine all ingredients together, mixing until totally combined.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and drop by 1/2 teaspoons into water. Let boil for 10 minutes.
