Mexican Dumplings. Dumpling mix gets a whole new outlook with this Tex-Mex flavor.
- 1 (6 ounce) package potato dumpling mix
- 1/2 cup mild salsa
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- Water, as needed
- Prepare dumplings according to package directions, substituting salsa for 1/2 cup water.
- Add cilantro.
- Continue according to package directions.
