Mexican Dumplings

Mexican Dumplings. Dumpling mix gets a whole new outlook with this Tex-Mex flavor.


  • 1 (6 ounce) package potato dumpling mix
  • 1/2 cup mild salsa
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • Water, as needed


  1. Prepare dumplings according to package directions, substituting salsa for 1/2 cup water.
  2. Add cilantro.
  3. Continue according to package directions.
