Potato Dumplings


This is great with the brown stuff from the bottom of the roaster!


  1. Instructions

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then knead a little on a board. Roll into a roll about 3 or 4 inches across. Cut off about 1 or 2 inches, and roll that into an oblong dumpling about 6 inches long and 1 or 2 inches across.
  3. Drop the dumplings into boiling water for about 20 minutes (covered).
