Cheesy Brat Stew
6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 (16 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a greased three-quart casserole dish, and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to one hour.
