Cheesy Brat Stew



  • 6 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients in a greased three-quart casserole dish, and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to one hour.
