Gourmet Stew
Ingredients
- 1 pound stew meat
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced (fresh or canned)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sauterne wine
Instructions
- Do not brown meat. Place in casserole; add all other ingredients. Mix well. Do not salt and pepper.
- Cover and bake at 300 degrees F for 3 hours or until tender.
