3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups cooked lobster meat
1 quart milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash of cayenne
Heat butter in small skillet; sauté lobster meat for about 5 minutes.
Scald milk in saucepan; season with salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne.
Add lobster meat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Let stand for several minutes before serving.
