Lobster Stew



  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash of cayenne


  1. Heat butter in small skillet; sauté lobster meat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Scald milk in saucepan; season with salt, paprika, pepper and cayenne.
  3. Add lobster meat; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Let stand for several minutes before serving.
