Marinara Beef and Ravioli Stew recipe

Method

  1. In heavy pan or Dutch oven, brown beef and onions in oil, about 5-10 minutes, or until onions are lightly browned.
  2. Add broth, marinara sauce and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add beans and zucchini. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer five minutes.
  4. Add ravioli, bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer an additional 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Serves 6.
