- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Chopped onions
- Tomato sauce (enough to
- 3 cups water
- 1 can tomato sauce (small or large,
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup sliced carrots
- 1 package frozen
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- Meatballs: Form all ingredients into meatballs and brown in oil.
- Add the meatballs with the rest of the stew ingredients in a stockpot. Bring
to a boil. Simmer until veggies are tender.
